What is a Sale Item?

Sale items are those automatically discounted on our website.

Can I return Sale Items for an Exchange, Refund, or Store Credit?

For items purchased during a sale, marked as samples or with an automatic discount, returns are only eligible for store credit or an exchange in the same style and colour but a different size. 

If the size you want is out of stock or if you’re looking for a different product with a price difference, a store credit will be issued automatically unless you indicate otherwise on your returns form.

💸 Remember, discount codes are final and can’t be refunded, store credited, or used on a new order or exchange. If you have any questions or need help, just let us know!

Similarly, already exchanged items/orders are only eligible for store credit, not refunds.
