We currently sell online only.

If you are unsure about sizing, styles or colours, sample orders can be placed directly through our Team Order Portal.

Please note:

- Sample orders must be placed through the Team Order Portal.

- Checkout+ must be added to your order at the time of purchase.

 - Accessories and final sale items are excluded from the sample order policy.

- Sample orders are limited to one per organisation.

Once your order has been submitted, please contact our team and provide your sample order number and business name. It is important that you notify us at this stage so we can record the order as a sample on our end and ensure our Returns Team is aware when your return is received.

When you are ready to return your sample order, please contact our team with your sample order number so we can arrange one free return label.

Returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of receipt.

Please note: If you do not notify our team that your order is intended as a sample at the time of purchase, the order will be processed under our standard returns policy. In these cases, the Team Sample Order Policy will not apply and no exceptions can be made.
