Can I exchange my items?

Yes, you can exchange your items, as long as they are the same price as the original purchase.



How long do I have to return for an exchange?

You must send your return within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange.



Do I have to pay for postage on an exchange?

You’ll only need to cover the postage to send your exchange back to us, and we’ll handle the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you! 



What if the item I want to exchange is out of stock?

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock or if you’re looking for a different product with a different price, we’ll automatically issue a store credit. 



The price has changed for the item I exchanged. Am I eligible for a reimbursement?

For exchanges of the same item in a different size, any price difference will not result in a refund or store credit (e.g. if it’s now at full price or on sale).



Can I get a refund on an already exchanged item?

If a full-priced item is exchanged and then returned, it is only be eligible for a store credit or another exchange. 



I was issued store credit for the out of stock item, but I would prefer a refund instead. Can I get a refund?

If you received a store credit for an out-of-stock item, a refund will not be provided unless:

  • the item was purchased at full price (or with a customer applied discount code) and
  • returned within 14 days.



Can I add another item to my exchange order?

Additional purchases cannot be added to your exchange order.



I received a store credit for the out-of-stock item, do I have to to pay for shipping on my next order?

The store credit only covers the value of the out-of-stock item, it doesn't apply to shipping fees, which are separate.
