Our terms and conditions for the free item with purchase is below ⬇️

1. only one free redeemable product per order (unless otherwise specified) 
2. free product offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code
3. only applies to selected products
4. free product must be added to your cart at checkout in order to be received
5. free product subject to stock availability
6. free product cannot be returned or exchanged
7. offer may be limited to specific promotional periods and cannot be held or rain-checked for future use 
   
   

Items purchased as part of a Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion are considered a bundled offer (automatic discount). To receive a full store credit, all items included in the promotion must be returned together.

If you choose to return only the two paid items and keep the free item, the store credit amount will be adjusted to reflect the full value of the free item, as the original promotion condition (purchasing two items) is no longer met.

Example:

• You buy Item A ($50), Item B ($50), and receive Item C (valued at $40) for free.
• If you return Item A and Item B but keep Item C, your store credit will be:
  • $100 (original payment) − $40 (value of Item C) = $60 refund/store credit

Free items are not eligible for returns, and if returned alone, may only be exchanged or credited at our discretion.
