How do I purchase a return label?

For Australian customers only:

You can purchase a return shipping label ($10.95 per label) here.📮

Please note if the Australia Post Label portal does not recognise your order number, please attempt to enter your order number without the hashtag (#).

For International Customers:

For customers in the US, UK, New Zealand, and Canada, you have the option to purchase a return label through our team.

To do so, please submit a ticket here and select "Returns/Exchanges" as the subject. In the message field, request to purchase a return label for your country.

The return label pricing is as follows:

🔹 Canada: $40 CAD
🔹 United States: $30 USD
🔹 United Kingdom: £44 GBP
🔹 New Zealand: $44 NZD

* Remote areas incur extra surcharge: Canada $110CAD, United States $80USD, United Kingdom $70 pounds, New Zealand $80 NZD.

🚚 Alternatively, you may choose to use your own carrier.

For all other countries, you will need source your own courier service to ship the items back to us and don't forget to include your Return form inside!
