Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and payment has gone through, we’re unable to make any changes so it’s super important to add your embroidery before checking out 🧵✨
Just a note: all embroidery items are final sale, so we always recommend giving everything a quick double-check before hitting that “place order” button ✅
Alternatively, you’re more than welcome to return the item (at your own cost).
Once it’s back with us, we can organise an invoice for the embroidery and get that done for you 🙌
Just make sure to leave a note in your return (via the portal or a manual note) so our team knows what you’d like 💬
