Parcel Delivery IssueUpdated a month ago

The courier selected at checkout is responsible for your delivery. 

If you think your order is lost or stolen, please start by contacting the courier for help. 🔍

Also, make sure to:
🔹 Check with other members of your household and neighbors.
🔹 Look around the front of your property for any missed deliveries.

🔹 Check for any cards, SMS, or emails that might indicate your package was delivered to a local post office.



If you’ve added Protect My Order to your purchase and still can’t find your package, you can file a claim with us. 

For our Customer Care Team to investigate, they will need:
🔹 the email correspondence  between yourself and the carrier for their investigation. 

If you’re unable to provide the necessary details or cooperate, it might affect the resolution process.

Please be patient as resolutions may take some time. Our team will guide you through the process.

Note: For deliveries to buildings with multiple apartments or businesses, if someone such as a concierge or reception signs for your parcel, it’s considered successfully delivered. To avoid any issues, consider using parcel collect or lockers for secure delivery.

  • International FedEx Orders: Click here to track your parcel. If your status is 'Enroute,' it’s on its way and might be waiting for scans in your country.
