What is Protect My Order and Why Should You Consider It? 🤷🏽‍♀️

Protect My Order is a service designed to give you peace of mind about your purchases! 



Here’s how it works ⬇️

📦 Lost Items:
If you think your parcel is lost and hasn’t had a tracking update for 10 days, you can file a claim with us. Just make sure to do so within 30 days of the last tracking update. If approved, you'll receive a store credit.

📦 Stolen Packages:
If your order shows as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, it’s considered stolen. You can file a claim 5 to 15 days after the delivery date. Sometimes, we might need a police report or video footage to process the claim. 

Remember, if you’ve authorised your parcel to be left at your property, Protect My Order won’t cover it.

📦 Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, let us know within 10 days. Please provide clear photos of the damage, and we’ll review the claim. If approved, you’ll receive a store credit.



Exclusions

Protect My Order does not cover:

  • Authority to leave parcels
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Parcels collected from local post offices
