What happens if an item is out of stock on my order?Updated a month ago

While we do our best to keep our website’s inventory up-to-date, there are rare occasions when an item may become unavailable during the picking process. 🥼

If this happens, we’ll offer you the following options:

  1. Refund for the out-of-stock item.
  2. Store credit for the same value.
  3. Exchange for a different size or colour (of the same value).

If you’d like to proceed with an exchange, please ensure your selected item matches the value of the original purchase. 

You can check the availability of your preferred size or colour at: Airmed Scrubs. When replying, kindly include the product name, size, and colour. 

In case your new choice is unavailable, let us know if you’d prefer a refund or store credit.

If you choose a refund, please note the following:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be returned to that form of payment.
  • For combination payments, refunds will first be applied to the store credit or gift card.

Please note that we are unable to place items on backorder.
