What happens if I send back a dirty or damaged item?Updated 5 months ago

Our Returns Team conducts thorough inspections of all returns. If your returned item doesn't meet our criteria, we won't be able to process it. 

If we find that an item is dirty or damaged upon inspection, our team will reach out to you via email with photo evidence (if applicable).

In this case, a store credit will be issued automatically, minus a $10 damage fee for each affected item, and the item will be disposed of.

Please note that no exceptions will be made.
