What happens if I send back a dirty or damaged item?Updated a month ago

Our Returns Team conducts thorough inspections of all returns. If your returned item doesn't meet our criteria, we won't be able to process it, and returning the item in this condition may result in forfeiting it.

 Our team will provide guidance on next steps or available options if the return cannot be accepted and our team will reach out to you via email with photo evidence (if applicable).

Please note that no exceptions will be made.
