What is "Checkout +" and Why Should You Consider It?
Checkout + is an optional service that can be added at checkout.
This service includes a prepaid return shipping label when you lodge your return through our Returns Portal, allowing you to return eligible item(s) from your order at no additional cost.
Please note: The returns apply only to items that are eligible under our Returns Policy. Checkout + does not override any existing return exclusions. The following items are not eligible for return, even if Checkout has been purchased:
- Final Sale Items
- Embroidered Items
- Socks
- Water Bottles
- Gift Cards
- Undergarments
- Headwear (Scrunchies, Caps)
