At Airmed Scrubs we offer 3 solutions if you wish to return an item due to change of mind or Incorrect Size or Fit:

  1. 110% Store Credit (40 Days)
  2. Exchange (40 Days)
  3. Refund (14 Days)

Return requests can be submitted through our online portal here. Or by downloading a manual form:

If your item is faulty, please contact us first with your order details with description and photos of fault.

Exclusions:

  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit, unless faulty. Final Sale items are clearly marked on each product, with “Final Sale” in an orange tag.
  • EMBROIDERED items are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit, unless faulty. Terms & Conditions for our embroidery service can be found here.
  • SHIPPING COST is not included in the refund or store credit, unless the item is faulty.

Please note, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

We are committed to complying with all obligations under Australian Consumer Law. Your rights under this policy are in addition to any protections provided by consumer law.



IMPORTANT NOTES 📝

Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.

  • Orders returned over 14 days will receive a 100% store credit will be automatically if:

    • No notes are included with your return or

    • No online return request completed or

    • A refund is requested and it was not returned within 14 days

  • Keep your return tracking details; Airmed is not liable for lost parcels.

  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only. If a second change is requested, a 100% store credit or refund will be offered in accordance with our returns policy.

  • Do not return faulty or incorrect items before contacting us. Email us here with photos and our team will provide you with separate instructions

  • If returned items are found to be dirty or damaged, a $10 damage fee per item will apply, and the item will be disposed of.

  • Items returned from other brands will be held until a valid return label is provided. Airmed is not liable for misdirected returns.

  • Once processed, returns cannot be reversed or retrieved.

  • Final Sale items: No returns are accepted for these items. If it is returned to us, you will be required to provide a postage label for it to be sent back to you. If we do not receive a response within 40 days of contacting you, the item(s) will be forfeited.


Please see below eligibility criteria for each option:



110% STORE CREDIT 🎁

Provided the following conditions are met, we will credit you 110% of the value of the item returned in the form of an Airmed Digital Gift Card. For example: You want to return a $53 Scrub Top, so you will receive a store credit to the value of 110% x $53 = $58.30.

You can place a refund request via our online portal or by completing a return request form:

Conditions:

  • The return is initiated within 40 days of receiving delivery.
  • The returned items are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all labels and tags attached. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged items or deduct a $10 damages fee from store credit.
  • The items returned are not marked final sale or embroidered.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
    • Australian Customers: Labels can be purchased from Australia Post here for $10.95.
    • US, UK, New Zealand, and Canada Customers - you can purchase a return label through our team.
    • Alternatively, you can also use your own carrier.


EXCHANGES 🔁

Provided the following conditions are met, we will exchange your returned product for one of the same value, specified by you via our online portal or by completing a return request form:

Conditions:

  • The return is initiated within 40 days of receiving delivery.
  • The returned items are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all labels and tags attached. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged items or charge a $10 damages fee.
  • The requested exchange is subject to availability. If the item is out of stock at the time of processing, you will receive 110% store credit. Please note, we cannot hold stock or pause the exchange process.
  • For exchanges of the same item in a different size, any price difference will not result in a refund or store credit (e.g. if it’s now at full price or on sale).
  • The items returned are not marked final sale or embroidered.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
    • Australian Customers: Labels can be purchased from Australia Post here for $10.95.
    • US, UK, New Zealand, and Canada Customers - you can purchase a return label through our team.
    • Alternatively, you can also use your own carrier.


REFUNDS 💸

Provided the following conditions are met, we will refund the value of the product to the original payment method. You can place a refund request via our online portal or by completing a return request form:

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. This means your return parcel must be posted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The returned items are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all labels and tags attached. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged items or charge a $10 damages fee.
  • The items returned are not marked final sale or embroidered.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
    • Australian Customers - labels can be purchased from Australia Post here for $10.95.
    • US, UK, New Zealand, and Canada Customers - you can purchase a return label through our team.
    • Alternatively, you can also use your own carrier.
