Australian Customers:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Your request (e.g. exchange, store credit)

Let us know your country + number of items. We’ll quote you a price.

Alternatively, you can also use your own courier.

For all other countries, you will need source your own courier service to ship the items back to us.

⚠️ Important Notes (Please Read!)

📦 Before Sending Back

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed & in original packaging.
  • If no return note is included, store credit will be issued automatically.
  • 🚫 No returns on socks, bottles, gift cards, rewards items, embroidered gear, or headwear (e.g., scrunchies, caps), final sale items.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy Summary

🛍 Refund Request for Full-Priced Items only:

  • Refund: Return within 14 days of delivery date. 
  • ⛔ After 14 days: store credit will be issued.

🛍 Exchange or Store Credit Requests:

  • ✅ Return within 30 days of delivery date.
  • ⛔ After 30 days: Store credit minus a $10 fee will be issued. Items cannot be returned to you.
  • Final Sale items: No returns. If returned, only 10% store credit will be issued — item won’t be returned to you.

🚚 Shipping Reminders

  • Return postage for change of mind/incorrect fit is non-refundable and customer’s responsibility.
  • Keep your tracking receipt — Airmed is not liable for lost returns.

🔐 Other Conditions

  • Items already exchanged are only eligible for store credit.
  • If your requested exchange is out of stock, store credit will be issued.
  • Discount codes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be reused on new or exchange orders.
  • If you request store credit on a full-priced item, you can’t request a refund later.
  • Additional items cannot be added to your exchange order (i.e paying extra for more items).
