1️⃣ Lodge your return: Submit your return through our portal here. No need to wait for approval— once you’ve submitted it, move on to the next step.

2️⃣ Purchase a return label:

Australian customers: You can purchase a label here or you are welcome arrange your own carrier.
International customers: You’re welcome to arrange your own carrier, or let us know if you’d like an invoice for a shipping label.

3️⃣ Send your return: Post your return to us and ensure you include identifying details (name, order number, request) so we know it’s you.

4️⃣ Processing your return: Once we receive and process your return, our team will email you with the outcome.
