Our delivery partner Australia Post is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. 🏃🏽‍♀️

The best way to track your deliveries is through Australia Post’s mobile app. Get expected delivery dates, localised service updates and stay notified if things change.

You can also track your parcels on auspost.com.au by using the tracking tool.

All customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer.



CUSTOM CHARGES

We ship from Australia, depending on which country you are shipping to, you may incur Customs fees. 

Please familiarise yourself with your country's requirements prior to ordering if you are not prepared to pay the extra fee set by customs as we have no responsibility or authority over this.



PACKAGE INSURANCE

We offer Protect My Order during checkout to protect your order from any lost/damaged in transit and theft (only where your parcel has been left without authority). 💪🏽

The fee is paid by the customer and is a non refundable insurance protection.

Protect My Order does not cover:

  • Authority to Leave parcels
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Authority for someone to accept parcel from your local post office

Shipping fees below excludes gift card.

All orders dispatched from Airmed Scrubs are set to require a signature upon delivery. However, this requirement may be waived through your account with your local carrier.

Please note that waiving the signature requirement will void any "Protect My Order" claims.



INCORRECT ADDRESSES & SERVICE DISRUPTIONS

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time and to the right address, Airmed Scrubs cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions and including incorrect addresses provided at checkout.




AUTHORITY TO LEAVE / SIGNATURE RELEASE

This gives the delivery driver the authority to leave your package on the property if nobody is there to receive it. Once delivery is completed, any lost or stolen items will be the responsibility of the customer. Airmed Scrubs is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen.



CUSTOMS & DUTY CHARGES

Any customs and duty charges are subject to the country you are shipping to and is the responsibility of the customer. 



SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR ALL STANDARD & INTERNATIONAL AUSTRALIA POST APO/PO BOX

Signature is required for all international parcels using Australia Post and their partners. 

We are not responsible for any parcels unclaimed or being returned due to no signature. Customer is responsible for any costs to resend the parcel/Return to Sender fees incurred.



OTHER SCENARIOS

  • If your parcel is being delivered to a building that contains multiple apartments/units/businesses and someone signs for your parcel (i.e. concierge, reception),  this is deemed as successfully delivered. Airmed takes no responsibility for any parcels not received in this scenario. To avoid this situation please utilise parcel collect, parcel lockers or alternative arrangements.
  • Deliveries that are rejected by the recipient and returned to us will not be eligible for compensation. This includes refunds, replacements, or credits. 



PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS

Shipping rates may differ for physical gift cards.



While we will do all we can to ensure your order is dispatched on time, Airmed Scrubs are not held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions and including incorrect addresses provided at checkout. 

Incorrect addresses may result in an extra charge to the customer.

If your tracking update is 'Enroute', it means it is on its way. It is awaiting arrival scans in the destination country

If you haven’t received your item as expected and you’re concerned it's missing or has been stolen, please check:

  • with other members of the household
  • in other locations around the front of your property
  • if you’ve received a card, SMS or email notifying you that it’s been delivered to your local Post Office
