How do I Set up a Team Order account?

To sign up for a team order account, please start by filling out this form.

We will then send you an activation link and further instructions. Once your account has been activated, go to this link to login and purchase.

Do you offer samples?

If you are unsure about sizing, styles and colours, we recommend you place a sample order directly from our website. Once you have done so, please immediately email our team with your sample order number and business name.

Our team can then issue you with one free return label. Please note that returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of receival. Please contact us here and include your order number.

Please note that sample orders excludes accessories.

Do you offer logo embroidery for team orders?

Yes we do! 😊

Logos are $8 per garment (can be pants or tops).

For orders under 20 tops = $30 digitisation fee (once off) + $8 per logo per garment
For orders over 20 tops = digitisation fee is waived $8 per logo per garment

Can we pre-order items?

Orders containing over 50 eligible items can be pre-ordered for specific styles and colours.

Essential Range - Black, Gibraltar Blue, Midnight Navy, Sydney Teal and True Navy.

Do you offer Team Order discounts?

Discounts off full priced items applies to orders over 50 items for the styles and colours specified below:
❇️ 50+ items - 15% off full price
❇️ 100+ items - 20% off full price
❇️ 200+ items - 25% off full price
❇️ 300+ items - 30% off full price

*Only applies to the following styles and colours:

For orders under 50 items, you can still purchase scrubs for your team via the team order website and purchase your business logo embroidery (for only $8 per garment). Discounts just won't apply to full priced items.

Minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum ordering quantity however criterias will apply to be eligible for discounts and pre-orders.

What is the delivery time for Team Orders?

If the stock is on hand, your team order will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Orders with embroidered items will take up to 16 business days to ship.

How do I make a purchase with my company logo?

Please start by filling out this form.

Our team will then review your application, send you an activation link with further instructions.

What is the Returns & Exchange Policy for Team Orders?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
All returns must be unworn and in it’s original packaging.
We will not action any return request if the item has been worn or damaged.
All accessories and embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned.

If there is any faulty item or incorrect embroidery, please contact us at here and our team will assist you.

Terms and Conditions:

Team Orders are currently only available to Australian and New Zealand customers.

By submitting an order through your email address and portal you agree to the following:

That you or your employer is a business registered with an ABN;
Prices and any discounts are subject to change without any notice;
Payment for orders must be made within 48 business hours;
Our Returns Policy applied to orders made via the team orders page;
Accessories and embroidered items cannot be returned
Sale items can only be returned for an exchange/store credit.

Pricing update:

At Airmed Scrubs we are committed to providing you with high quality scrubs. In order to continue to meet these standards, we periodically review our pricing to reflect the costs associated with maintaining and improving our offerings.

What's changing?

Starting 8th July 2024 you will notice the following changes:

Products priced at $49.00 will increase to $51.00
Products priced at $60.00 will increase to $63.00
There is a 5% increase to all our products.
